Raffle Rules

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of Ontario to participate in the Community 50/50 Raffle.

Ticket Purchase

Tickets can only be purchased online through our official website. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Important Dates

Purchase Deadline: December 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Draw Date: December 31, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST.

Prize Structure

The grand prize winner receives 50% of the Total Prize Fund. The remaining 50% goes to support local charitable agencies.

Prize Claiming

Winners will be notified by email and must claim their prize within 90 days. Valid ID is required for verification.

How are winners selected?

Winners are selected using a certified random number generator approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). The draw is supervised by an independent auditor.

What happens if no one claims the prize?

Unclaimed prizes are distributed to charitable causes in accordance with AGCO regulations after the 90-day claiming period.

Can I purchase tickets for someone else?

Yes, you can purchase tickets as a gift. However, the ticket must be in the recipient's name and they must meet all eligibility requirements.

How will I know if I won?

Winners are notified by email to the address provided during purchase. Winning numbers are also posted on our website after the draw.

Is there a limit to how many tickets I can buy?

There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual can purchase, but all purchases must be made by the deadline.
